Major Inciting Incident in a Film

In a nostalgic whirlwind, my friend and I decided to have a girls night in and rewatch the ever loved Harry Potter and the Sorcerers Stone. A lover of Harry Potter, I frequently watch the 3-8th movies of the franchise, but it admittedly I had been neglecting the first two out because of, frankly, the comparative lack of momentum in the storyline. But, as I rewatched the one that started it all, I noticed obvious turning points, climax's, and of course, inciting incidents. The inciting incident in this movie occurs when Hagrid comes to the beach house and tells harry that he is a wizard.
